I’m Elizabeth, a psychotherapist in Northern California. My approach to therapy is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and accepting space for your healing. My communication style is open and honest, while always respecting your unique life experiences and background.
I believe we all carry an innate desire to move toward the life that feels best for us. Yet, life’s challenges can sometimes make it difficult to feel fulfilled. In our work together, I will support you in moving toward your goals, developing new skills to navigate challenges, while finding greater clarity and balance. Above all, I am genuinely interested in learning your story.
With more than a decade of experience in mental health, I have come to deeply value a Person-Centered approach, which I believe in trusting and honoring that you know what is best for you. To support you, I draw from a variety of modern approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Strengths Based, Solution Focused, emotional Freedom Techniques and others.
